Appointment Booking and Cancellation

Appointments can be made by phone, email, or through our website. We require at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations to avoid cancellation fees. Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment times or rescheduling, depending on availability. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who arrives under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or who behaves inappropriately.

Payment Terms and Pricing

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, debit cards, and major credit cards. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any changes will not affect services already booked at the time of booking. All prices include applicable VAT where required by law.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate health information and disclosing any allergies, medical conditions, or medications that may affect treatment. You must inform us of any changes to your health status between appointments. Clients should follow all pre and post-treatment care instructions provided by our professionals.

Health and Safety

We maintain strict hygiene and safety standards in accordance with Dutch health regulations. Clients with certain medical conditions, pregnancy, or specific allergies may be advised against certain treatments. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we believe it may not be suitable or safe for the client.
